ATHLETS PROGRAM

Athletic performance based on a number of skills that can be develop through a sports conditioning program. This particular program focuses on improving both muscular strength and power using a technique called Post-Activation Potentiation (PAP), also commonly referred to as Complex Training and Functional Training. The goal of Functional Training is to develop athleticism. FS team will enhance athletic movements like running, jumping, throwing and lifting by set up the specific program.
