Dr.Shahabeddin Sofalmanesh graduated in Doctor of Philosophy. Ph.D. on Exercise Physiology from Iran Kharazmi University, which approved and credentialed by University of Toronto in Canada. As an experienced Exercise Physiologist, his field of study is research on the physiology of physical exercise and one of the allied health professions that involves the study of the acute responses and chronic adaptations to exercise for more than 15 years. Understanding the effect of exercise involves studying specific changes in muscular, cardiovascular, and neurohumoral systems that lead to changes in functional capacity and strength due to endurance or strength training.

Also as a Certified American Council on Exercise” (ACE) Personal Trainer and Functional Training Specialist, accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA), the gold standard in the U.S. for assessing fitness and allied health certification programs. His certification recognized globally by leading international standards-setting bodies, including iCREPs and EuropeActive as well. In addition, he acknowledged by American College of Sport Medicine (ACSM) as Exercise is Medicine (EI) Specialist. HEALTH ASSESSMENT AND FITNESS TESTING

Assessments provide FS team with an array of valuable information about each client. This information include objective data, such as heart rate and blood pressure, along with subjective data such as previous injury history. This is vital for determining the current state of readiness and the starting point for the client.

STRATGY OF EXERCISE AND PROGRAM DESIGN

The point is that there is a variety of types of exercises and each one places a different type of stimulus on the body. NUTRITION ANALYSIS AND PLAN

FS team will plan to teach the clients how to look at a menu while eating out, and equip them with the knowledge and skills to find a healthy option. This can be accomplish by making additions or substitutions.FS team can also teach them about portion distortion so they can know when to stop eating.Give the clients strategies to use while eating out to help them stick to their healthy eating goals, even when the temptation to indulge is high.
